Reporting content and point of contact
YStay hosts content published by its users — listings, reviews, messages. Any content you believe to be illegal can be reported to us by email at [TO BE COMPLETED: content reporting address], with “Signaler un contenu” as the subject line, stating the address of the page concerned and the reason for the report.
That same address is the single point of contact for the authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services, within the meaning of Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065. Exchanges there are held in French or in English.
Hosting
The service relies on three hosting providers, depending on the nature of the data. The core application, the database and document storage are hosted in the European Union.

The YStay trade mark, the logo, the visual identity, the texts, the illustrations and the software are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of the publisher or its licensors.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited — with the exception of short quotations accompanied by the name of the author and the source.
Content uploaded by users — listing photos, documents, texts — remains theirs. They grant us the right to host and display it solely within the scope of the service.
