Article 1 — Your access is personal
Your credentials and your session are not to be shared. Any action carried out from your session is attributed to you and is logged (who, what, when). If you believe that your credentials have been disclosed, report it without delay to the Account Holder and to contact@ystay.app.
Article 2 — Your access depends on your role and your organisation
You have been invited by the Account Holder to access the host Account that invites you, with the role assigned to you. The Account Holder may change or withdraw your access at any time. You use the Platform only for the purposes of that Account's activity, within the limits of your role.
Article 3 — Guest and applicant data are confidential
You access them only in order to carry out the stays or handle the files in your charge; you do not copy them, do not pass them on to anyone else and do not use them for any other purpose. Supporting documents (identity documents, proof of income) are downloaded only where this is necessary, and are not kept outside the Platform.
Article 4 — Artificial intelligence features assist, they do not decide
Discrepancy analyses, extractions and reply suggestions are aids; any decision (a deduction from a Security Deposit, the selection of an applicant, a reply sent to a Guest) remains yours or the Account Holder's, and you proofread what you send.
Article 5 — Fair use
You do not attempt to circumvent an access control, a quota or a role restriction, and you do not use any unauthorised automated tool on the Platform.
Article 6 — Your own data
YStay processes your name, your email address, your role and your activity logs in order to operate the host Account that invites you and to secure the Platform, acting as Controller (privacy policy; contact: privacy@ystay.app). Your employer or principal may require you, as far as it is concerned, to comply with its own obligations.
Article 7 — Refusal
If you refuse these Terms, your access is not opened; the Account Holder is informed of this.
Article 8 — Version and language
These Terms constitute version 1.0 of 16 September 2026. Each version is identified, dated and retained; your acceptance is recorded and time-stamped together with the version accepted. The text is drafted in French and may be translated for your convenience: the French version prevails.
