- Data controller: YStay (full details in the legal notice).
- Purpose and legal basis: to tell you when the platform opens and to send you occasional product news, on the basis of your consent, confirmed by a click in the email we send you.
- Data collected: your email address, the language and the page of origin. No IP address, no advertising profiling, no resale or sharing with third parties. Hosted in the European Union.
- Retention: 30 days if you never confirm, then until you unsubscribe plus 3 years afterwards so that consent and its withdrawal can be evidenced. Automatic deletion thereafter.
- Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent at any time — privacy@ystay.app. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).
